A living (constantly growing) list of classes, group/ social fitness sessions & meet ups I think are cool to check out:
A. Musette Caffe – Group Rides
Monday 7am & Thursday 5:30pm. Raining = No ride.

B. Dizzy Cycles – Group Rides
Sunday Evening Off Road Rides – Men’s and women’s co-ed north shore rides will be new for this season, and held bi-weekly on Sundays at 6pm.
Mountains and trails to be determined prior to ride.
Wednesday Evening Road Rides – Men’s and women’s co-ed group road rides have started and go until August.
C. Comor Sports – Group Rides
Tuesday Evening – 6:30pm

Tuesday Evening – 6:30pm: 2 different levels.
Level – Novice: Introductory/ Recovery Group Ride. Pace is approx 25km/hr for 30km. Women ride up front and set pace. No drop ride. Laps of Stanley Park. Meet up location = Stanley Park info booth by Horse Trolley.
Level – Intermediate: Same as above but pace is 25km – 30km/hr for 30-45 km (depending on sunset).
Thursday Evening – 6:00pm
Level – Intermediate/ Advanced: 35km/hr + fast group ride. This ride is led by one of their sponsored racers. Lots of hills. Slower riders will be dropped and picked up at the return. Ride leaves PROMPTLY at 6:00 pm. Rides to Whytecliffe Park (Horseshoe Bay). Meet up location = La Bicicletta Pro Shop 233 West Broadway
Saturday Morning – 9:00am:
Level – Intermediate:
28-35 km/hr rides to various locations including Horseshoe Bay, UBC, Richmond. Approx length of ride is 60 km. No drop ride. Meet up location = La Bicicletta Pro Shop 233 West Broadway

Saturday Morning: 8:30 – 9:30 Yoga for Cyclists
Sunday Morning: 8:45 to 9:45am (check FB Page for updates on who is teaching)
